Welcome to FIVES! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FIVES mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using FIVES, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
By accessing or using FIVES, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our Service.
To use FIVES, you must:

✅ Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
✅ Use FIVES for personal and non-commercial purposes unless explicitly authorized.
If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s consent to use the Service.
To access certain features, you must create an account using your phone number for SMS authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
